Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before being shipped out. Shipping times may vary because of covid delays. You will receive an email once they have been shipped: from here, I can only see the same tracking info as you. If you are from the US, I highly recommend purchasing tracking because some packages have taken significantly longer than expected. Please keep this in mind if you're purchasing for a time sensitive gift: these things are out of my control and I do my best to process and ship your package the same day it's ordered.
